Default Need Help with Amp Install on 97 TEG

I'm trying to get the power cable through the firewall, but I can't find a hole to pull it through. Could someone tell where a hole would be or if i have to drill one?

Don't quote me on this, but I believe there is a enough space to push it thru where the wiring harness passes thru. At least that's the case with civics.

There are two places I normally run the wire though-

Behind the battery there is a rubber grommet. Make a hole in that and feed the wire though. It'll come out around the passenger foot area.

The other place is by the driver's side of the intake manifold, there's also a grommet there doing nothing. The wire should come out around the console area.

just use the one to the right and below the battery..it tends to be the easiest esp if u are runnin 4 or 2 or 0 AWG wire

DO NOT do this. as an mecp installer, this idea is a disgrace to my profession. please just go through the firewall and do it the correct way..or if u cant do it...take it to your nearest MECP certified shop.

I ran my 4 gauge on the drivers side. There is a big grommet that has a bunch of wires going through it. It will fit
