Default Moving to Cali and interested in Security Options

Hey I am moving to cali for Grad School. The SoCal area, to be exact L.A. I have a few months before I move and I am looking into upgrading my alram system.

Pretty much I think I am going with the Viper 790XV and then get the glass break sensor and additional siren.

Do I need all this? Do I need more? Basically just need some good info
