Default Light Flash Isolation Wire (Needed?)

Hey Honda-Tech, just a quick question.

I'm installing a Viper alarm system on my 1994 Honda Civic EX.

Do I need the "Light Flash Isolation Wire" (White/Brown)?

If so, why? What is its purpose? And where does it go?

Thanks in advance.

Not needed, Depin it. This car does not need it. Some cars can not see the alarm flash the parking lights.

Use the white parking light output and either move the fuse to 12 volt ouput and tag it to the car parking lights. Or move it to neg output and use a relay. If using a back up battery use the neg output and use a relay. This way the back up battery only powers the alarm.

Thanks for the reply. I'll depin, but I don't get why I would need to "move the fuse to 12 volt output" to tag it to the parking lights.

Cause it takes 12 volts to turn on the parking lights. Not a navigator that takes 12 volt neg.

Is it not at 12 volts now? How do I do move the fuse to the 12 volt output?
Sorry, I'm new at this. Are there any other wires that needs to be fused?

If you have a brand new alarm brain from dei. The fuse is not plugged in. You get to select you your parking lights output. Either 12 volt pos or ground ( to make it easy) to run your parking lights.

Kinda pissed me off at first cause I kept forgetting about it. But after having to remove 3 dashes back out of customers cars to plug in the fuse. Its the first thing on my list to do.

Okay, how do I wire the white wire "parking light output" using the fuse panel? For all the other ones, such as (12v constant, door locks, horn, door trigger) I would just tap into the wire, and solder it right?

By the way, I'm using a Viper 5101 Keyless Entry without remote start. Just using the wires for: horn, parking light, door trigger, door lock, 12v constant, and ground.
