Just purchased a 1993 del sol and am hoping to mount a screen in the dash somewhere, any ideas???

where the radio is like he said... or you could possibly look into fabricating a mount yourself, or picking one up that was already made


hard to say without any description of the lcd at all

Dam you guys are putting in tvs and I don't even have a stereo system or speakers

 

I think you may have the worst possible dash to put a lcd in. you might want to get a flip out from the radio din. Maybe in the glove box, but that wouldn't look to good. Any other way seems like a security nightmare, lcd's get ripped off so fast these days...

 

There's someone on here who makes inserts to go where the center vents used to be. I forget his name tho, the insert looks factory matches the dash perfectly there originally make to house gages tho but I don't see why it cant be modified to hold an LCD panel as well.

Also you could fab a custom piece to go where the pos USDM sun visors are since there really useless on the Del Sol anyway (One JDM part I want, only because its more functional then its USDM counterpart.).
