Default Keyless entry question...

Im trying to program my remotes to work. I have tried to do the turn the key hold button, blah, blah. Its not working. I found a blown fuse that I think had something to do with the whole key less entry system (under dash fuse #14 ). I replaced that and still no dice.

I read on here that someone that you should hit the valet button on the radio to set the remotes. My stock radio is under the dash and the face has been taken off so I can't really push the valet button. Does anyone know if this is necessary?

The key less entry worked until I did a turbo install, which I don't think has anything to do with it, besides a ECU chance.

MM&Y of car would help.
Also would help if we knew if it was an oem system or aftermarket. 94
