That particular setup is not very practical for a car, but from a physics standpoint it interests me. How is this possible from 6.5's? I have been doing research on basshorns, seems to be black magic to designing them though.

He cut a hole in his trunk and welded a custom box in his trunk. Looks like MDF and fiberglass to me... And it looks like it's in his tire well...

WRONG!!! there is no tire well in the new trailblazer. He actually had a welder come out and cut a hole in his trunk and then weld the metal box in the hole. He had mdf line the box and then fiberglass put over it. The pics of it in progress don't do it any justice....plus it's loud as hell.

yeah, this is actually my best friends and he didn't even have a 1000 miles on the car when he took it in...to get the work done....now it's going back in to have more powerful subs and more amps put in for competition

yeah i am the guy with the trailblazer that lewie4 is talking about...i did have a hole cut and my fuel lines re routed to fit the box but i still have my trunk for full storage capacity and it did bang...until i fried everything due to a faulty amp. i am replacing everything with power hx2s and 1000 watts to each with focal utopia mids and high on 700 watts. rims are also on the way ...22s and up baby,

i used to drive a white GSR on zex with some other mods and i can't just give it all up so i still visit all the time if you were wondering why i drive a trailblazer and still visit the site, lol

I don't think it is transmission line. Supposedly the extension on tl is not very strong. The guys who made it claim it is not a horn either. Maybe a hybrid of some type.
