My back up fuse for my 99 integra keeps blowing, knocking out the clock, stereo, and ecu back up memory.

Everytime I come back to my car, the fuse is blown, especially on a hot day. So it seems that it is blowing whenever I am not in the car.

I have tried leaving the stereo disconnected and looking for any shorts in the wiring and it seems good. Could it be my ECU? I have some DINAN ECU which is kind of weird.
