I don't know about that keyless entry thing. The thing about the dome light is that there's 2 wires that complete the circuit for the dome light that go thru your stock radio. Just find those 2 wires (forgot which ones, sorry, I haven't done installs in civics for a while) and short them together and you'll have your dome light back. Ask a knowledgable audio shop and they can probably tell you which wires they are.

It's pretty simple... the entire keyless entry system resides in the factory head unit. Circuit City sells a wiring harness that provides 3 connectors, one to wire up your new radio, one to plug into the stock unit, and one to plug into the original harness. It's just like an aftermarket harness with one extra end on it. You hook all this up, and stuff the factory unit (less face plate) down in behind the dash... back behind the cup holder area. It's a tight fit but works... done it 4 times now. Once this is all reattached you now have dome lights, and keyless.

Good luck..

Ill tell you the exact wiring in like an hour when my b/f gets back, but all you have to do is connect two of the wires together and the dome light will work again. You dont loose your horn. But you will loose your factory keyless entry unless you stuff the stock deck in the dash like one of the other people suggested. But thats only necessary if you need the keyless entry
