searched, couldn't find it, having a cigarette lighter problem. checked fuse, blah blah. 1995 civic cx, I was wonder what the white wire with a black stripe on it does, I know the black wire with the white stripe is the starter, whats the white wire with a black stripe?

I don't see a white/black... Get your meter out & test it.

 

its a 12v source when the car is in acc or run. it gives power to the cigarette lighter forsure, and im pretty sure it gives power to the deck too.

 

Then it's probably a second accessory.

ignition, and my lighter wasnt working because i accidently spliced that wire instead of the black with white stripe when i put in my remote start. and that wire got disconnected.
