amp connect help
hi guys i have this cd player and im trying to connected with amp but it dosent come out sound.....it's sound only like a woofer i connect speakers but only bass come out ...the cd player is a sony cdx gt40u
try adjusting the crossover on the amp if it's initialized. its sounds like it cutting out the frequencies you want to hear.
2 channel amp is generally only good for 2 speakers. when used without subs, it would either be the front door speakers or the rear deck speakers. if you want all four hooked up, you need a 4 channel amp or another 2 channel and front and rear pre-amp outputs from your stereo

If you still have problems with your amplified speakers only having bass. ensure your deck is set to send out a "rear" signal and not a "sub" signal - and set your crossovers on the deck and amp(if applicable) to match the Hertz (Hz) range of your speakers. (check owners manuals)

Yeah, no problems as long as the speakers you intend to amplify can take the wattage.
