right now i have a ported 12w7 in my 99 civic running off a jl 1000/1 amplifier. how much difference in loudness would there be if i upgraded to (2) 13.5w7's (ported) running off of (2) 1000/1 jl amps? i probably don't need it that loud but i'm sure it'd be an upgrade to impress the friends with, even more that is.

that seems very excessive just to impress your friends. i think 1W7 would be adequate.

 

about a 3dB increase. so basically, lets say u were hitting 145dB, u would hit about 148dB
