How do you hook this up?

This is the door lock mechanism for 92-95 civic EX's. I can figure out how to install these on my car. Does it go on the part where the handle connects to or does it go to where this part, look at the circled portion in the picture. I have searched and cant find anything that shows you if this is the right part.

Probably easier and cheaper just to get aftermarket door lock actuators and a keyless entry module.

How would that be cheaper since i already have it lol. I have everything else hooked up (power windows, and mirrors) but i've been looking at how this thing wouuld mount/ what connects to it and i cant figure it out.
