If it is not turning on you probably have a blown fuse, even if it's coded it will still turn on but you will get no operation just "CODE on the screen.
Check both the acc. fuse in under dash fuse box and the constant power fuse, normally in the under hood fuse box and probably a 7.5A fuse.
