What I want out of a system is some nice bass that is overpowering because of the music I listen to. I will mostly be listening to Lil' Jon, David Banner, Youngbloodz, and other southern artists.

This is going into a 2000 Neon which is my gf's car because my vehicle right now can't lock the doors.

Budget is around $1000 but really dont want to spend that much money more like $700.

2 12" S12L7 Solo-Barics
2 JBL 1200.1
Sealed Box (not sure on the cu. ft. (more than 1))
Pioneer DEH-P650
Keeping stock speakers. (sound good enough)

Give some suggestions.

 

well the kickers alone along with that amp will run you into the 7-800$ range and you wont be that satisfied, my suggestion is to go with either 1 or 3 JL w6 12's and a directed 600 for the 1 sub or 1100 for the 3 you will be alot happier with the quality and you can find the w6 at a decent price now because of the arrival of the w7... just my .02 cents
