Default Hooking mp3 to car stereo... help please

I purchased this mp3 (SAMSUNG YP-U1Z 1GB USB MP3 Player)

and i want to hook it up to my car stereo. I cant find a FM transmitter for it or a rca plug that would work(will it work?) I currently using an Alpine HU CDA-7893. What can i buy to make it play in my car?

Thanks

Hey Turtle... u can make that MP3 play threw your stereo witout a Fm Transmitter.. which will be clearer.. and u would be more happy with the sound

purchase a AI-net Aux Adapter for your stereo and simply plug it in the back . and also buy a RCA to MINI cord.

crutchfield has it for 15 bucks

and the RCA to MINI

good luck.. hope this helps..

yes that works well , it just costs a little more than just the plain ainet to rca converter would be. i have the converter that i got off of crutchfield for $14 + shipping....but mine only has the RCA...yours has the rca inputs and the 1/8" thing u can plug directly into any portable cd player, ipod or anything that has a headphone jack....but most importantly for iPod owners, you can plug the ipod directly into that harness you have with its iPod dock. Your cord is almost the same as the one suggested by the other user, but it has more 'features' or plugins....but comes at a higher price too.

Here is the link to what I have so you can compare to what you have http://www.crutchfield.com/S-6...liary

In the cubbyhole that i have infront of my shifter in my 99 civic i drilled 2 holes on the top of the hole and put 2 female-to-female rca converters in the 2 small holes i drilled then i used epoxy to make them stay(you have to get on the floor to see them anyways, i put them on top so they cant be seen unless u get ur head in there and look). i connected those female rca inputs to my alpine ainet harness so if i want to hook a ipod to my cd player i just have my 1/8"headphoneplug-to-maleRCA cord in my car that I can hookup anything to my soundsystem. those things are handy to have and sound 100,000 times more clear that using a FM modulator, i remembe when i had one of those

tutle that works too but that is made for Ipod.. it charges it as well.. If you have a ipod. unless it uses the same plug.. then it would be perfect.. you can go either way....
