Default Hood Lock

With the mechanical hood locks you would have to run the cable through the firewall into the interior of the car, is it possible that if a thief locates the cable he can cut it and the hood lock would be disabled. also do u recommend the mechanical or electrical hood lock and WHY. thz

P.S. with electrical do u have to run any type of wires/cable into the interior of the car.

Why not just get the normal locking hood pins?

Ive never yet heard of someone being able to get around them

I made my normal hood pins locking with a 1/4"bit and a tiny lock

There like 24 bucks from mr.gasket

^^ wrong a shaved key opens them all, but it's just nice to have a extra layer, hide your hood latch, so they can't open it

I have a Mr Gaskets Hood locks they work good, havn't tested them yet, but they are a nice layer to have
