I need help please..
Okay Im running a LOC because im using the stock head unit. I spliced it into the rear speakers. Now when i plug the RCA in all the way, the sub stops working. But when the RCA is just touching without the ground, the sub works. So what is the problem?

NEED MORE INFO
first things first....year, make, and model of car!
second...make and model of the amp
third...make and model of the loc
lastly the way you have everything hooked up
are you having trouble with the left or right RCA channel? try to describe IN DETAIL as much as you possibly can so we can help you better and quicker and give you a more concise answer to your questions.

Its a 1997 Honda Civic Ex
The amp is Rockford Fosgate AS2
The LOC is a 2 channel Blue Wave
The LOC is spliced into the rear speakers of the car, so in the trunk.
When we plug the RCA(the amp to the LOC) in all the way the sub does not work. But when the tip of the RCA is touching the LOC the sub works.
Here are some pics that i hope will help..
