Help On Picking Speakers

OK Im thinking about replacing my 6x9's and my 6 1/2's but I dont which brand to get. Right now I have Pioneer 4-way and 3-way, and they both have like 400w max, and 300w max, but I want something new can you guys help me out and tell me whats good.
