Default Help me ground head unit

I need to know how to ground the head unit. The old unit was stolen (previous owner) and the ground wire isnt there anymore. I know WHERE to ground it, but unsure where to run the wire (connection wise) or where to get a new wire from.

Run the ground from the head unit to the closest bare metal of the chassis.

Your new HU does not have a ground lead?

What is the MM&Y of your car?

What is the make and model of the new HU? 94

There kind of... has to be a ground lead. That doesn't make sense. It should be coming out of the HU's wiring harness.

LOL... You have the deck in your posession but you can't read that it doesn't say "epsilon"???

And I find it hard to believe that it doesn't have a ground wire in the radio's harness, unless someone pulled it out for some reason...

If there's no ground in the radio harness, I suppose you could use the rear mounting stud and attach one there with a ring terminal and length of wire...
