Default Headunit stops working

Hey guys, I have a dc1 integra when i was trying to install a band expander all of a sudden the headunit just stops working, it still able to eject the disc just no lights comes on.

I have replaced all the 7.5amp fuses under the engine bay and all the ones under the dash and still doesnt work, i just tried to connect a brand spanking new headunit and still not powering up

Please help

Most HU's have a fuse on the back of them as well. Might wanna pull it out, check the connections and the fuse as well. Do you have access to a multi meter?

its a brand spanking new out of the box headunit and the fuse is fine

and i can get hold of multi tester , where should it start ???

Check and make sure you have 12volts on the red and yellow wire going to the head unit. Also check continuity on the black wire to ground.
