Just in case, my brother is selling a Viper 210V GPS tracking system brand new in the box with all the warranty and id cards for around half what they are selling them for now. He bought it 2 years ago. Nothing is removed from the plastics either.
This was the system I was recommended to buy by suspendedhatch 2 years ago. My brother and I got one but he never even messed with his after he got it. Now he's getting rid of the car it was intended for.

Ah i see that. Didnt even know. We've had these units in the boxes and never installed them. Now they arent worth crap unless installed on the car already (I guess a company called MobileIQ took over service?) Sorry about that.

It needs to be installed and activated on the viper system and then transfered over to mobile iq. Mobile iq is the company behind dei tracking units. These are the units that i strongly reccommend.
going to go pick it up friday and hopefully we get some good weather so i can install it this weekend. Is there a number i need to call separate now that mobile iq handles it? if so would you have it?

Call the number on the card that it comes with. Install is the key to this unit working correctly and providing the security that you are looking for.
So for those of us who have the 210v still but havent installed them yet, we can install them, use the number on our cards to activate through Viper, then transfer over to Mobile IQ. Does that sound about right?

That is correct. Provinding that the unit has not been permently disconnected thru dei. I have about 10 units here from ebay that do not work. Be careful of were you buy these units. Get them thru your local dealer.
