Default Glass break sensor???

Hey guys i just got a new alarm installed and it has a glass break sensor i did not get installed is it worth it does it matter???

When a theif breaks your window with a chunk of porcelain, your shock sensor won't 'feel' it.

So, yes, it would be worth it.

but the thing is once they open the door or anything else the siren is going to go off so.....?

i would go with a Proximity Sensor, cause once they break the glass the alarm will go off, then afterwards there won't be no more glass breaking for the sensor to pick up cause they will most likely be in the car, unlike with the proximity sensor it keeps detecting moment outside and inside the car.

The best would be using all of the above.

Personally I think that the glass break sensor is the second best acc for an alarm next to a back up battery.

Ooh man, get the glass break sensor, if someone tries to break into your car, thats gonna be the main way they do it. My alarm is so sensitive, if you flick the bumper, it'll go off. So in otherwords... Dont **** with my ****!
