So as far as the 10gauge from relay to fuel pump. Do I completely replace the original 12v by de-pinning the original and pinning the 10 gauge into the plug that connects to the pump assembly? or do I solder the 10 gauge to the original 12v??

Now I'm over complicating it, I know, but this is getting more complex as we discuss it, but it seems more detailed than the usual answer of:

"10 gauge to #30
original 12v to #85
fuel pump side 12v to #87
ground to #86"

If you are replacing a smaller gauge lead with a thicker one all of it should be replaced, I would depin the stock lead and repin with the 10ga, at the very least I would make the connection as close to the pump as possible. 94

Hey Destructive, a 15A fuse should cover you, we've seen 14.0-14.5A draw from the pump at 13.5v and 100psi fuel pressure in our testing rig.
