Finding Bad Grounds???
Somewhere in my car there are bad grounds. My door shocks me when i touch it, and my car pc freezez constantly when i plug my phone in to charge. Ive gone over most of the wiring and couldnt find a bad ground, Is there any more direct way to look for bad grounds? thanks!
Getting a shock when you touch the door has absolutely nothing to do with poor grounds, the shock you are getting is from a static charge, get rid of your wool socks.
The PC "freezing" when you plug in your phone probably has more to do with low current, [12V+] then it does a ground problem, although it could still be a grounding issue.
Power and ground for phone charger is at the lighter, where is PC getting it's power and ground? 94

So you ran a separate power source to the battery for your cig lighter and PC or is it just off the factory cig lighter.
If so, what gauge? How long?
May try adding another ground 4 gauge or bigger to the negative battery terminal.
You can measure the voltage that you have to your cig lighter and PC when in use. Also check the resistance in your grounds.
