Default Elemental?

I am thinking about getting a Elemental k-Series subwoofer because it is rated to handle the amout of power I need and its affordable. The only problem is I have never heard of them and I like to go with companys I know make good stuff. I know nothing about elemental, any help would be great. thank you.

I have 2 15's that I can't really listen to because my car is now wrecked. But, they have an outstand reputation and for the price I guarantee you will be happy.

I hate to get off topic, but since I followed this from the previous thread. I just figured I would let you know that I installed my Kappa Perfect 12.1D a few nights ago (finally) and it pounds. I am really impressed. I thought it would be more of a SQ sub but it does both really nicely. Not that I have heard an Elemental to compare. Just thought I would give my review though.

i havent heard the subs personally, but if you goto car audio forums, they all say they put out quality subs, for the price that is (they're not gonna compare to say a JL W7). Oh, btw, how do you like the Kappa Perfects, i wanna pick up a single 12 inch sub. thanks.

I got the 12.1D which is the dual voice coil 12. I am very pleased with the way it hits. I am putting about 400W rms to it and it sounds really good even in a little temporary 1ft^3 enclosure I bought. Whenever I crank it, the whole car vibrates. The mirrors blur. But also the notes are distinguishable. You can hear subtle fluctuations in the bass. It's great but I am definitely going to need fatmat.

my buddy bought a elemental sub and he swears by them. We are still working on getting his system in but he swears they are a good sub for the $$$. You can go to numerious sites and forms and a ton of people rant and fave about them. My buddy is putting two of the SP 15's coupled with two MTX 8100D amps in his astro. I plan to install two e12 in my accord since Audiomobile screwed me over. Do some reviewing and read up on them, check out what other people are saying about them. I have and most people who know of them say good things about them. Good luck.
