Default Eclipse 8445 problems

I recently bought a 8445 off of ebay(I know I know) installed it and everything works except the subwoofer controls on the deck. I have a 10in sub on ppi a300 the a300 does not have a crossover that's why I bought this deck. I've adjusted the crossover frequency (8445), the non-fading level, and switched the rca wires nothing works any tips from you audio gurus.

So which is it? An 8445 or an 8455?

You do have it on the non-fading output rca's right? Are you in advanced mode or basic mode?

Its the 8445 (my bad) I've tried both modes basic and advanced. I've switched the rca's between the rear and non fading and nothing changes.

Leave it in non-fading and in advanced mode. Make sure you're adjusting the crossover in the advanced mode, and make sure you're adjust the non-f crossover and gain, not anything else.
