Default ebrake wire for indash

anyone have any idea where to hook up a ebrake wire?

big noob in car audio.

always at the switch, but you get lucky on some cars and find it in the drivers kick. what kind of car?

alpine decks are too smart for that. Something happens and the power is cut, and you'll never get back into the menu to turn the picture back on. You have do to a sequence with the brake and e-brake to get it back again. If the ebrake wire is grounded, well you'll have to rip it all back apart and pulse it as if it were hooked to the ebrake

My friend has an Alpine. He has it conneced to a toggle switch, and has to switch it off and on, in order for the screen to come on. I don't know how it's wired, he had Tweeter do it.

its a panssonic dvd player, its goign into a 95 civic cx.

top s hotta ur from the new enland area? just wodnering cause theres a tweeter located near me or there could be a lot more locations then i thought.

Yea, Connecticut.

I believe that Tweeter is based in Mass. Most of the people who work there are semi-cool, check them out.

Under your ebrake handle console there is a wire coming from the ebrake. Hook it up to that.

Since its a panisonic hook it to a switch.....one side the wire form the brain box, the other should be earth ground on the car...
