Dynamat
I want ot install the rear speakers in my 1996 Honda Civic EX and I did everything get to them to take them out, but my question is I want to dynmat the rear shelf now do I have to do the whole shelf or I can just use the 10"x10". Which one would help the sound better and help the distortion?

I agree.
Be advised though: If you have subs in the trunk, doing the whole deck will reduce sub bass.
And as far as distortion goes, you're probably cranking up the volume too much. What is your current setup? Brands/model #'s?

On the rear package tray, there's enough stamped steel there to not require Dynamat. I'd place it where necessary such as around the clips and along the edges of the plastic shelf and brake light as well as the lock mechanism is any.
