Default door lock problems??????????

I recently installed some jdm power folding mirrors and i spliced into the old wires for the regular oem power mirrors. My mirrors work but when you put the switch to control the left, it controls the right instead, vice versa. So the power folding mirrors work but now my door locks dont work completely. The alarm WONT unlock the doors anymore but it WILL lock the doors when arming.

Anyone have any ideas about how to fix it to unlock using the alarm??????

Check the alarms door unlock output and where it is connected to the stock door lock wiring. 94

What is the make and model of the alarm?
What is the MM&Y of the car?
Are the power door locks stock?
If so, does the stock power door lock switch on the door lock and unlock the doors? 94

Then either the alarm has built in relays for the door locks or there is a pair of off board relays someplace under the dash for the aftermarket actuators and either way there will be a fuse for those relays, you will need to check it. 94
