there really should be no reason to cut the wires if you have an interface harness...do you have one??? a little more info would be appreciated.
ok...by what u r telling us is that you cut all the wires together right...???
by doing so you probably popped a fuse. hook up the wires as you normally would then check/replace your fuses. me personally...would keep the kenwood and smash the sony to bitz...then set the remains on fire.

okay ill reword everything
i realized i had a deck with higher output
the wires had been cut out of my other car so there was no harness
all the wires were in a harness on the integra so i cut them and spliced them together to the new deck
turned on the battery and it didnt work
so i put the old deck back on and spliced the wires exactly to the wires that had been cut
turned the battery on didnt work
there was a fuse on the sony , wasnt blown , there was a fuse on the wire of the kenwood , wasnt blown
the car is 1995 integra

First of all, power output is irrelevant in this situation.
Second, it's obvious that you either have something wired incorrectly or you have blown a fuse (or more than one).
Your next step is to stop trying new decks and test the red and yellow wires from the decks to power. You should have constant 12v on the yellow and 12v on the red only when the key is on (in the ACC or Run position).
Get a meter or test light and verify those wires. If you're not getting power, check the fuses. There's a radio fuse under the hood and one under the dash.
And by "check", I mean verified for continuity with a meter, not just by "looking" at them.

ive done the testing and yes i do get power constant and ignition
the deck is connected now exactly as it originally was so all i can think of is that a fuse blew somewhere else so where should i check

There is your problem. There is a blown fuse some were. I not sure how you are getting a reading for 12 volts on the battery or acc wire. Check all the fuses in the driver dash and under the hood. You never cut across a row a wires at the same time. Its one by one if you have to. Or make sure the battery is disconnected if you do. Even thou I still don't reccommend it.
okay well i just checked ACG fuse and RADIO fuse and well they are perfect
I noticed somethign else in the integra there is a clock that sits in the dash
the clock stopped working when the deck was removed there is no longer any light

There is a fuse box under the hood. check there to make sure the fuses are good. Pull each one out to look. don't just glance at them. bad ones can look good.

thank you guys so much it was the 7.5a just like he said i connected it and it worked except the sony deck is kind of ****** up sometimes the dial doesnt work and sometimews buttons dont work so i think i will switch back to kenwood after recheckin the wires one time

If the fuse was blown the battery wire would not work....... were you lying to us on testing them

i think the problem here is that you used your theif skills when you should be using install skills
give the radio back to the person you stole it from.
