okay so i was dumb enough to installed my alpine deck with the battery on. As I was installing the wires , 2 wires touched accidentally and burnt out the radio fuse and also the clock that's on the dash. Anyways I checked all fuses under the hood and under the dash, and they all seem to be working fine. Just that the clock doesn't turn on and the stereo wont turn on as well. Any help?

I did the same thing, It was a blown fuse, check the 7.5 fuse under the hood titled "Back up" or something like that. Same thing tho, my clock/ cig lighter/ headunit all went dead after touching two wires together. I'm 99% sure its that fuse, but check em all. Hope this helps
