I read that theres no CD Player.... whats an alternative ? and How do motorized, non-motorized?, and semi-motorized in dash tv head units work?

WHat do you use to play CD's ?? Isnt it a hassle reaching down wherever to change your cd's ??

 

i use a panasonic dvd player/cd player. i 'm gponna install it in teh cupholder of my integra dash.
