my friend just picked up a in dash lcd tv and we were testing it with a power pack and it doesn't come on???

there are 4 wires to it
red, black, yellow, blue.

i searched and found something about vss or something, can someone give me more info on it?

we trying grounding the blue wire, that didn't work either.

this will go into a 92 civic or a 89 civic.

it's a generic brand that's made in china by Dah Jiing Enterprise Co Ltd

Modified by intezn at 10:27 AM 1/7/2005</TD></TR></TABLE>That will make it harder, but most everyone in car audio has gone to red as Acc., black as ground, yellow as constant power and blue as an output trigger, what controls are on the DVD, [ or the screen if they are 2 diff. units? And what happens, if anything, do lights turn on, will the the disk load into the DVD player? or just nothing at all. 94
