EDIT: Found the problem, a blown fuse, I'm an idiot.

I know this may not be the ideal forum for this but I figured I may get an answer from you audio/electronic guys. I dont have a CD player in my car at the moment so the wires that hook up to it are exposed. I was messing with them and I guess I left some of them, the ingition and power wire included, touching the center console metal frame thing. I assume this is basically the body and therefore a ground. Anyway I started up the car and there was a spark where the wire was touching. The wires are not touching any more but I have noticed that some of the instrument panel lights, the clock, and my dome light are messed up.
Problems:
When the car is OFF the dome light doesn't work in the DOOR or ON position.
When the car is ON and the door is open and the light is switched to DOOR it doesn't come on and the hatch open light is on. When the door is closed the hatch light goes off and the seat belt light and beeper go on. When the seat belt is buckled the beeper goes off but the light keeps flashing for a few seconds. If the dome light is switched to ON while the car is on the clock turns off and the hatch light comes on.

Confusing I'm sure but Im just looking for and explanation and how I can go about fixing this problem. If you need and more info just let me know.
