Default Charging a capacitor

anyone know what i'm suppose to do to charge it? or how to charge it?

Get either a light bulb of any form automotive, or a resistor of any size, connect the ground and then use the bulb or resistor to make the bridge between the positive and the positive terminal. The act of "charging" the capacitor is to simply to put power into the cap to prevent it from sparking when the terminals are directly connected....
