is there any type or glue or something i need to patch my sub cause my tool box hit tha sub

There's not a special "subwoofer glue"...

Is the hole in the cone itself or in the dust cap??

there's a special glue.... i can't remember what it's called but i seen it on a thread last year. you can just use some silicon or just really good crazy glue. i've seen it done many times and they still retain their integrity.
