Default boost controller and allarm not working?

I hooked up my boost controller the other night and I am positive that I hooked it up right . my problem is this, the boost controller works when I pull the key out( as far as keeping the instruments on but the motor shuts off. you can see it count down but the car wont stay running. I had some guy put in a viper alarm that I am sure ties in to the ignition wires some where. I dont have the manual for the alarm.
my car is a 93 del sol. any one know what color wire the alarm hooks into? I would try to trace the wire but the install looks like a ****** rats nest. even after I find the wire what should I do with it to make the alarm and the boost controller affective.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by MLD211 &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">Do you mean a turbo timer?</TD></TR></TABLE>LOL I was going to ask the same thing, but I believe he does, I don't know of any "boost controllers" that "count down".

captainh22, the problem is wiring or a bad turbo timer, here is a tag in sheet for a 93 del sol http://www.bulldogsecurity.com...s.htm click on Honda then 1993 Civic del sol, this may only be of limited help, as there is more then one place to make a connection, also need to know what Viper alarm, need to know if its compatible with a turbo timer, or if some jerry rigging has to be done to make it work.

Also if its a "****** rats nest" under the dash you may want to think about removing the alarm and redoing it properly, or to save some grief, get yourself a combo remote start/ alarm W turbo timer built in, like a Compustar http://www.compustar.com. 94

Long time no post but i agree with fcm. I got the 2WSS-AS (alarm with remote start) It has the timer built in and come on i know if someone walks by my car a mile away. okay im lying about walking by it but if someone tampers with it you can see it on the lcd. The timer was easy to program. It works really well and you dont have to worry about someone tampering with your car because the alarm is active when it counts down.
