Default autotek mx1500

i have the autotek mx1500. Was curious if it was 1 ohm stable?? i searched all over and it doesnt show its 1 ohm stable but i coulda sworn it was. its the big black amps btw. the older model autoteks before they sold the name. thanks

The only info I see on that amp is 500 watts @ 4 ohm and 750 watts @ 2 ohm. But the name does not add up 1500.1. I will ask some of my friends about it. I never used that brand before.. Fcm? any word on it?

I remember seeing these amps at the old stereo shop I used to hang at. They're big and heavy. There is not much information on this one, but I read good things about them. Not that I would trust these people but look : http://www.lightav.com/car/autotek/amps/mean.html

my quess is you will find it officially rated at 2 ohms bridged. Autotek Mean machines are a tank of an amplifier, built extremely tough. I used to run my down to 1/2 ohm bridged.
