Default auto headlight off

How would I go about adding automatic headlight off/on for my 2007 Civic? I'd like the headlight to automatically shut off after a certain amount of seconds after I remove the key from the ON position. I'd like it to turn on as soon as I have the key inserted and turned to the ON position. I'd also like to retain the ability to manually turn the headlights on and off with the factory stalk.

Here's one way I found for the staying on -

As for turn on, that would be easy to trigger off of factory disarm with a single relay, though you would want it to be a momentary output so that it wouldn't stay on constantly. You should be able to use the next pic to do it, but you would need to switch the momentary and switched wires. I don't think that turning on the headlights would necessitate diode isolating the relay's momentary output, but I'll wait for others to chime in.

I'm not as good with relays as I'd like to be, so there might be easier ways to do it than what I posted
