Default Audiobahn Sub wiring problem. Please help!

Well, I bought this dual coil 10 inch AW1000Q, and there are two positives and two negative terminals on each side or coil of the sub. I don't know how the hell to wire it to get a four ohm load or two ohm. I really just want four ohm. Every configuration I've tried has made my amp cut off or go into overload. Can somebody shed some light on this thing for me please? When I say two of each on each coil I mean two positives side by side, then two negatives side by side. This is on either side of the basket. Thanks!!

The two term. on each + and - is just to make it easy to connect the wires, treat them as one, also need to know what kind of amp, [make and model] and I could not find an AW1000Q sub at http://www.audiobahn.com is it an older one? 94

Okay, thanks everybody! I searched and found a helpful page on Crutchfields website concerning subwoofer wiring. It's really useful. Now I just need to test the impedence of this thing.
