Is it possible to wire the Audiobahn A2300HCX amp down to 1ohm mono (2400w) to run 2 12" AW1205X subs?

How would I wire this to create the right ohm rating for each?

 

 

How many ohms are the subs? Are they dual or single voice coil?

 

You don't wire an amp down, you wire subs to match the amp.

yup i know, sorry the first post kind of sounded off.

just wondering if i just wire these + - on one sub to the + - on the other sub, and then off that one to the amp bridged.

i'm not sure the exact specs of the subs/amp, i just know that they will go to 1ohm

 

with that setup you need to run 4 DVC's to reach 1 ohm. Thats what Im running now sounds sweet as hell. (4 alpine type-r 12"s)
