Hard to say, need more info.....
If its there all the time on the sub and the front and rear speakers, it, could be the HU, wiring, amp or one or more of the speakers or sub.
If it's intermittent, it could be the HU, wiring or the amp, speakers genially work properly or not.
If it's only on the sub, [constantly] it could be the amp, wiring or the sub.
If its only on the sub, [intermittently] it could be the amp or wiring, again speakers tend to work or not work properly.
If it's only on the front and rear speakers, [constantly] it could be the HUs internal amp, wiring or the speakers.
If it's intermittent....... well you get the picture.
That said, most "noise" issues are related to wiring, the first thing I would do is disconnect the sub from the amp, still have a problem? disconnect the amp from the HU, [unplug the RCAs at the amp, and pull the amps power wire fuse, still have a problem? disconnect the RCAs from the HU, problem still there? disconnect the speakers one by one, at the HU, [disconnect and if problem still there reconnect and disconnect another one, and so on] if problem is still there, the HU has a problem or there is a problem with it's wiring.
If at anytime along the way, [of disconnecting things] the problem goes away, the last thing you disconnected is probably the one with the problem.
