You have to give us more details on WHAT EXACTLY it's doing. Also provide the make and model of the car and the alarm. From the info you have provided so far, could be a low or dead battery in the remote. Have you tried changing it?

yeah ive changed it. all i know about the alarm is that its looks just like a viper but it has a grey remote and the box and the remote say python. and its on a 98 integra GSR. and like when i plug up the alarm, it starts going off, and then i cant turn it off. brand new battery in the remote. and i can never turn it off.

The model number of the alarm is on the main brain.

When you say "plug up the alarm" I assume you mean plug in, is that correct?

Try this, turn the cars ign. on and then plug the alarm in, if that works, [alarm does not trigger], turn ign. off and try remote.

If the above does not work, plug alarm in, turn ign. on and press the valet/program button, if that turns off the alarm turn ign. off and try remote.

If either of the above will turn the alarm off but remote does not work the remote will need to be reprogrammed, you will need the model number for that. 94

Does the alarm disarm but the doors do not unlock?

If the remote will arm the alarm and lock the doors and disarm the alarm but not unlock the doors then the remote is not the problem, re-programing is not needed.

You will need to check the wiring for unlock, also test the alarms unlock output, [blue lead] should be ground pulse on disarm. 94
