Default Another 791xv Install

I've done a couple of basic installs on my hatch and another. But now my mom wants one in her 99 EX Civic Coupe. Could some body help me wire up power door locks and remote start on this car. Don't worry it's auto, she doesn't know how to drive MT's. Also, how hard is it to do the windows?

How does this help me? Did it answer how hard it is to do the windows?

How does this help you? It gives you wiring diagrams for the vehicle.

"How hard" something is to do is completely relative. Putting in a window module might not be "hard" for me, but you may have difficulties...

Drop the attitude...

"Doing the windows" = adding another dei module, can't for the life of me remember which one.

What's the problem with the door locks?

No attitude just speakin my mind. This is just what information I get out of your posts even in other peoples threads. But anyway, I need to get another dei module for the windows. Alright I'll check up on that ( THIS IS USEFUL INFO ). Now as for the topic title could you help me choose which wire to use. On the install guide for the 791xv it lists 2 different wires, which one do I use for a Civic ( THE BULLDOG GUIDE IS NOT "791xv" SPECIFIC). So, as stated EJ8 your posts NEVER help me. Thank you 8520 for some direction into research.

I assume since it's an ex that you already have power locks on the car?

Actually, the bulldog site gives you all of the wire colors you need for your car, so yes, he did help you. There really is no need to cop an attitude. If you need a list of car wire - 791xv wire, you may want to re-think doing this yourself. The 791 manual is very informative if you take your time and read through it

Alright just drop it. Stupid internet, you know how it is. We all would get along in person but once you're on the internet ITS WAR.

If you've done a couple of alarms then a wire chart is all you should need.

You need a 530T. It will do a pair of windows up and down. As for difficulty, I will say yes it's difficult.

Door locks are cake. Connect the blue to your unlock wire, green to lock.

There is no reason to have alarm specific instructions. Refer to the alarm manual and a wire chart for the vehicle.
