A drill should work fairly well. Make sure you drill a big enough hole to fit the rca in.[/sarcasm]

Could you please go outside into your vehicle and take a gander?
Otherwise, we can't (and won't) help you.
WTF is wrong with people??

sell that radio (if someone is actually willing to buy it) and get a new radio with high voltage preouts...this way you won't have to replace the sony next week when it gets fried.

look this dude says there is a converter thats goes to the radio so the rca wires and the rem wires can connect to the radio has anyone every heard of it or know where i can get one
Look... You don't need any sort of converter with that deck. There are RCA outputs on the back of the deck. The RCA wires get plugged into those jacks.
Also. On the radio that you have, there is a blue (or blue/white) wire in the wiring connector. You will connect a longer wire to that blue (or blue/white) wire, and that longer wire gets connected to the remote (REM) terminal on your amp.
I repeat. No converter required.
Trust me.

Alright... I checked the install diagram on http://esupport.sony.com/US/pe...GT210 and it does indeed show a blue wire for your remote.
However, I checked a couple of sites, and one said it had RCA's and one didn't... I can't believe a deck would not have RCA outs these days... Even the $39 Insignia deck we sold at Best Buy a few Christmases ago had one set...
So, with that said, there's a 50% chance I was wrong in my above post, so you may need a line out converter to connect an amp to that deck if it doesn't have RCA's.
You'll need something like this (first one I found on Google):
