You should just be able to use a universal speaker-to-line level convertor to hookup the amp to your factory stereo

Connect the amplifier's remote wire to a switched (accessory) +12 volt source. This is the same type of power source your radio uses. Now when you turn the car on the amp will turn on and when you turn the car off your amp will turn off. No worrying about your battery draining because you forgot to turn off your amplifier (and you will forget). Don't connect it to the power antenna lead. This only provides a turn on signal with the radio. The amp will not work if you use a CD/tape source
