i currently have the same problem with my JL amp. There should be a switch that says something like "signal sensing." Make sure it says on the "on" position. If it still stays on, you have internal problems. My amp has that same problem, i took it to a professional shop and it needed some fixing internally.

A simple test to see where the problem is , with ign. off, remove turn on lead on amp, if amp stays on problem is in amp, if amp turns off, problem is in HU , most common is a diode in HU has gone west,

You can remove HU for repair or move amp turn on from HU amp trigger wire to acc. ,[ same as HU red wire]

hope this helps 94

YOU don't fix it. Ya gotta send it to a service center.

It depends on the service center. Call the amp manufacturer and ask for an estimate.
