Default amp installation

Hello all,

I want to install an amp&sub in my 98 civic coupe. I install amp& sub before but not on a civic. What is the easiest/best way to run the power cable/RCA to the trunk ?

Thanks,

T

take the power cable in through a grommet right above/around the steering column and route it under your kick panels.....then take the rca's down the passenger side kicks panels....thats how i did it

easiest to just do it right the first time, then you dont have to worry about popping everything back off once an annoying noise starts up.

I wouldn't suggest running your power wire across your engine bay to the driver side. There is a grommet to the lower left of your battery. Run you wire throught there and run in behind your kick panel and down the passenger side of your car. Remember to run your remote wire down with your power wire at the same time. Run your RCAs down the drivers side. Take out the bottom of your back seat and run your wiring under there. You will need a 16ft RCA. Last, pop the wires out under your back seat into your trunk. The lower back seat is held in by 1 10mm bolt in the center between the top and bottom half cushions. You do not have to take out your back panels.
