yeah but you'll need a line output converter (loc box). It hooks up to your rear speakers. then you gain RCA's which you use for the amp. its exteremly simple to hook up.

I should add, your SQ will only be as good as your source, and even though that stock HU may be made by Pioneer or Alpine, it is by no means anything like their aftermarket HU, there is also the issue of stepping down an amped signal, [speaker output to RCA level adpt.] that does not help SQ at all.
