Default Alpine CDA-9813

Wondering if anyone can help me with tuning this headunit. Can anyone help me with the settings as far as getting more highs out of my front and rear MB Quarts along with my 12" L7. I had it tuned last summer, but lost the settings when i had to disconnect my battery.

I could use help with this as well. The EQ's on these are a bitch to figure out. The same thing happened to me after my battery went dead and I had to replace it.
